Welcome to Deal Beast, an AI-powered real estate analysis platform developed to assist users in evaluating potential investment opportunities. By accessing or using our website, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
Deal Beast is intended for informational and analytical purposes only. The Service utilizes publicly available data, licensed third-party data, and proprietary AI algorithms to provide projections, insights, and automated analysis of real estate investment opportunities.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- The Service is not operated by licensed investment professionals.
- The outputs of the Service are informational and should not be construed as professional guidance or a recommendation.
- You are solely responsible for verifying and interpreting the data provided and for making your own investment decisions.
3. AI-Generated Content and Limitations
The Service relies on artificial intelligence and machine learning to generate reports, insights, projections, and potential exit strategies based on available data. Such content is automatically generated and may be subject to inaccuracies, incomplete data, outdated information, or incorrect assumptions.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The Service may not reflect real-time market conditions.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any content generated by the AI.
- You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on such content.
4. No Liability for User Decisions
Your use of the Service and reliance on any content, analysis, or projections provided is entirely at your own risk. The Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:
- Investment or financial losses
- Misinterpretation of data or projections
- Business interruptions
- Loss of opportunity or income
- Inaccurate or outdated listing information
- Legal or tax-related consequences
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or availability
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
The Company makes no representations or warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Goodwill damages
even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Service
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property or privacy right
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, models, source code, trademarks, designs, user interfaces, and other components of the Service are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or license any part of the Service without the Company's express written consent.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to access, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the Service
- Share or publish proprietary reports, analyses, or outputs without prior written authorization
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these Terms or engages in behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.
10. Modifications to the Terms and the Service
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, or to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and International Use
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
The Service is controlled and operated by the Company from within Israel. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate, available, or permitted for use in other jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. Accessing the Service from countries or regions where its use may be restricted or unlawful is prohibited.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Subscription Billing and Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a subscription to DealBeast, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your selected payment method the recurring subscription fee applicable to your plan (e.g., monthly or annual), until you cancel. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.
14. Cardholder Authorization
By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- (a) you are the authorized cardholder or have permission to use the payment method submitted;
- (b) you authorize recurring charges to your card or payment method;
- (c) the recurring nature of the subscription was clearly disclosed at checkout.
15. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Canceling a subscription does not retroactively refund charges already processed, and does not stop a charge that is already in progress.
16. No Refunds for Processed Billing Cycles
Subscription payments that have already been processed are non-refundable. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges that have already occurred.
You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
17. Digital Service Delivery
The DealBeast platform is delivered instantly upon signup. By logging in and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that the digital product has been delivered and used, and therefore is non-returnable and non-refundable.
18. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid subscription charge, the Company reserves the right to:
- (a) provide evidence of your account usage, login activity, and subscription history;
- (b) suspend or terminate your access to the Service;
- (c) recover any chargeback fees or associated costs.
19. Subscription Modifications
We may update pricing, features, or plan structures. Any changes impacting your subscription fee will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel before the upcoming billing period if you do not agree to the changes.
